Chief of the Baku police office Yashar Aliyev was dismissed from his office and appointed to the post of security headquarters chief at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Commander of quick police regiment Sahlab Bagirov was dismissed from his office and appointed to the post of deputy chief of the Baku police office.
On February, President Ilham Aliyev dismissed the chief of the penitentiary service Nazim Alakbarov from his office. Chief of the security headquarters at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Madat Guliyev was appointed to the posts of Deputy Justice Minister and chief of the penitentiary service.
