Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. The appellate appeal is made against the Sabail District Court’s decision on the conduction of search in Musavat Party’s headquarters, lawyer Asabali Mustafayev told APA. Mustafayev said that time of the court’s preliminary hearing meeting basing on appellate appeal will be made public in the next few days.
Note that the head of the investigative group of the criminal case № 1102060, opened in connection with the April 2 rally, Fazil Hasanaliyev filed a petition to the Sabail district court for conduction of a search in the Musavat Party’s headquarters.
