Baku. Viktoriya Dementyeva - APA.The European Court of Human Rights will pass one more judgment concerning Azerbaijan on November 25, APA reports. The applicant, Azerbaijani citizen Sabir Jafarov, born in 1958, filed an appeal against non-fulfillment of the courtâ€™s decision about restoration of his rights on use of lot owned by â€œFaberâ€ company, which he chaired. Moreover he noted that just judicial law and articles on protection of property of the European Court of Human Rights had been disturbed.
