The incident took place last night in Bilajari settlement of the capital city. Body of 38-year old Rayeddin Efendiyev was found in his house. Experts found serious injuries on his head. Police detained Efendiyev’s neighbor Elshan Babayev, who admitted that he killed Rayeddin Efendiyev as a result of carelessness.
The district prosecutor’s office launched criminal investigation.
