Chairman of the committee told APA that the detainees did not complain of the detention conditions.
“Eight persons are held there. They do not have complaints,†he said.
The human rights defender said one had broken out of the temporary detention center. He said Meftun Musayev had broken out of the detention center. Musayev faced charges of robbery and was arrested for the fifth time.
Binagadi district police office and the district prosecutor’s office confirmed the fact to APA. Measures are being taken to detain Musayev.
