If we take into account that the 23rd session of PA will take place in Baku, it promises new opportunities for Azerbaijan. We appreciate this session to be held in Baku. At the same time, I arrived in Azerbaijan as Speaker of the Montenegrin Parliament, which aims to develop Montenegro-Azerbaijan relations, because we are interested in the development of bilateral relations.”
