He noted that establishing neighborly relations with neighboring countries is a priority issue for Azerbaijan.
As regards the resolution adopted by the California State Senate on Nagorno-Karabakh, Elman Abdullayev emphasized that this document is a declarative one and has no legal effect.
Noting that this fact casts doubt on the sincerity of the senators who voted in favor of the resolution, Elman Abdullayev said it became possible thanks to the financial support by the Armenian lobby in the United States.
