APA told that the first airplane loaded with aid has today left for Serbia. The representatives of the Serbian Embassy in Azerbaijan also attended the seeing off ceremony.
Chief of the Emergency Ministry’s Materiel and Technical Support Department Amal Teymurov told journalists that the aid was sent under the instruction of President Ilham Aliyev. “The airplane loaded with aid will leave for Bosnia and Herzegovina in the evening. The aid consists of different equipment, 12 motor boats of various sizes, 260 tents, 300 camp beds, 1500 blankets, 40 power generators, 20 water pumps and etc.”, he said.
The airplane will land in Belgrade in the evening and the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Azerbaijani Embassy will hand over the aid to relevant authorities of Serbia.
