President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping met President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. Then the heads of state made a speech.
At the meeting was discussed issues relating to energy, infrastructure , transport, increasing trade, technology, mutual support in international organizations, humanitarian workers, investments, as well as issues of expanding ties in other areas.
During the discussions, the sides exchanged views on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno -Karabakh conflict and other issues of mutual interest.
