Presidents of Azerbaijan and Singapore hold meeting with participation of delegations - - <span style="color: red;">PHOTOSESSION

It was underlined that the visit of Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev is a very important and historical event in the relations between the two countries. The visit will give an impetus to the development of the relations between Singapore and Azerbaijan.

It was noted that Singapore plays an important role in the South-East Asia. In this regard, Singapore resembles Azerbaijan’s significant position in the South Caucasus. It was stated that there are good prospects to enhance the cooperation between the dynamically developing countries in all spheres.

The sides noted that though there are relations between the states in economy, trade and energy, they do not reflect the existing potential of the two countries.

The sides reached an agreement to set up a coordination agency for improving the cooperation between the two countries.
