APA reports quoting the PACE press service that Agramunt will arrive in Azerbaijan alone, another co-rapporteur Joseph Debono Grekh will not come to Baku. The visit will take place on November 26-28.
The co-rapporteur will meet with the President of Azerbaijan, Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament, Foreign Minister, Interior Minister, Chairman of the Supreme Court, Prosecutor General, leaders of political parliaments represented at the parliament and NGO representatives.
The visit aims to assess the fulfillment of commitments undertaken by Azerbaijan before the Council of Europe.
The report on Azerbaijan will be presented at the PACE winter session on January 21-25, 2013.
