Azerbaijani Foreign Minister receives Sudan's presidential assistant - PHOTO

Baku – APA. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov received the delegation led by Sudan's presidential assistant Nafie Ali Nafie. Press service of the Ministry told APA that Elmar Mammadyarov noted the existence of great potential for extending the cooperation between the two countries and underlined that the mutual visits would contribute to the development of these relations. The minister informed the guest about the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict, the Armenian aggression and the state of the negotiations towards the settlement of the conflict.

Expressing his gratitude to Azerbaijan for support to Sudan, Nafie Ali Nafie underlined the importance of extending mutual relations between the two countries. He said that his country supported the right position of Azerbaijan in the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict and Sudan was interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan in all spheres.

The Sudan's presidential assistant invited Elmar Mammadyarov to visit Sudan.
