The situation in Azerbaijan will be discussed at the meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Monitoring Committee on January 29, co-rapporteur of the PACE Monitoring Committee Andres Herkel told APA’s special correspondent in Strasbourg. He said that the state of freedom of media and speech in Azerbaijan, March 18 referendum would be discussed at the meeting.
