The embassy told APA that the French Embassy in Azerbaijan, embassy staff and representatives of the French Institute in Azerbaijan issued a joint obituary on it. Alumni of the Institute of Political Science and French National Institute of Oriental Languages and Cultures (INALSO) Hugues Baltzinger worked as an attaché on culture in Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan (2002-2006) and again as an advisor in Azerbaijan since November 15, 2008.
He was buried in Longeville les Metz settlement of Metz city of France. Farewell ceremony to commemorate the advisor will be held at the Roman Catholic Church in Baku on November 10. Those who wish can sign the book of condolences.
