SAM leading research fellow publishes new book

Baku â€“ APA. Dr. Kamal Makili-Aliyev, leading research fellow of Center for Strategic Studies (SAM) have published a new book on International and Constitutional Law in Academy of Sciences of Moldova.
APA reports that the book is addressed to the audience interested in international law and its connections with human rights and public administration. The book touches upon the notion of international human rights law, history of its development, primary sources of international human rights law, equality issues and discrimination as basic principles, systems of implementation and enforcement of international human rights law, methods of such monitoring and implementation, including substantive and procedural rights as well as the institutes of the international human rights law. More specialized part of the books makes a comparative analysis of international human rights law with national branches of constitutional law.
The book will be of interest to the wide spectrum of legal researchers, analysts, public officials, workers of the academy, law students and others.
