Baku – APA. Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov received Israeli ambassador to Azerbaijan Michael Lavon-Lotem in connection with completion of his diplomatic mission on August 23.
Press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA that Mammadyarov highly estimated current situation of Azerbaijan-Israel relations, expressed his gratitude to the ambassador for his contribution and wished him success in his future diplomatic career.
In his turn, Michael Lavon-Lotem underlined the development of cooperation in various spheres between Azerbaijan and Israel during his diplomatic mission, mentioning the efforts made for further extension and development of bilateral relations, the outgoing ambassador expressed his gratitude for useful cooperation.
