The information hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elman Abdullayev told APA.
“Some information was spread, but this information hasn’t been confirmed officially. The process of updating the information is going on together with Russian authoritiesâ€, Abdullayev said.
The terrorist act was committed on August 18, at 20:50 by local time against Imam Ali Mosque located in Kasavyurt city of Dagestan Republic, Russia. One person was killed and 7 were wounded as a result of the terrorist act. The killed and the wounded are the citizens of Azerbaijan. The body of Jafarov Elmin Elkhan, 17, who was killed as a result of terrorist act, was sent to Azerbaijan and buried in his hometown, Pensar village of Astara region.
The medical treatment is being rendering to the wounded in Khasavyurt.
