Azerbaijani foreign minister invited to pay official visit to Austria

Press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA that the successful development of Azerbaijan-Austria relations was emphasized and the development prospects between the two countries in the economic, energy and cultural fields were discussed during the meeting.

The ministers expressed satisfaction with the level of work of Austrian companies operating in Azerbaijan and emphasized the importance of intensifying mutual visits for the development of inter-parliamentary relations and cooperation in other spheres as well. Austrian foreign minister invited Elmar Mammadyarov to pay an official visit to Austria.

Mammadyarov noted that Azerbaijani Culture Days are expected to be held in Austria and Azerbaijani Culture Center will be opened in this country in the near future.

Mammadyarov informed his Austrian colleague about the current state of negotiations held toward the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict.
