Turkey’s Economy Minister to visit Azerbaijan, next week

Baku – APA. On August 13, Turkey’s Economy Minister Zafar Caglayan will visit Azerbaijan, APA reports. The purpose of the visit is to attend the second meeting of economy ministers of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (CCTS). The meeting, to be held on August 14, will be attended by Azerbaijani Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev, Kazakh Economic Development and Trade Minister Bakhytzhan Sagintayev, Minister of Economy and Antimonopoly Policy of Kyrgyzstan Temir Sariyev. Within the framework of the visit, Caglayan will be received by Azerbaijani President, Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev. There will be held tête-à -tête meetings between the ministers. Note that, in 2011, Azerbaijan exported $ 1.4 bn-good to Turkey and imported $ 2 bn-good.
