Baku-APA. Chairman of the Congress of Ukrainian Azerbaijan Ilgar Abbasov left his post, head of the Azerbaijani community of Crimea Rahim Humbatov said, APA reports .
At the last board meeting in Kiev of the Azerbaijani diaspora organizations in Ukraine Abbasov announced the resignation of the Chair. Acting head of the Congress of Azerbaijanis became deputy chairman Qurban Abbasov.
Note that the Congress of Azerbaijanis in Ukraine was one of the most powerful diaspora organizations.
