MP Fuad Muradov visits Romania

Baku â€“ APA. Chairman of the Euronest PA energy committee, MP Fuad Muradov is on an official visit to Romania on November 20-23. The chairman of the committee held several meetings in Romania. Meetings were held with the Speaker of the Parliament of Romania Roberta Anastase, Chairman of the Committee of Industry and services of the Romanian Parliament Iulian Iancu and the member of the parliament Viorel Constantinescu. During the bilateral meetings the development of Azerbaijan-Romania relations, activity of the inter-parliamentary friendship group have been discussed. During the meeting with the Speaker of the Parliament of Romania, Roberta Anastase Chairman of the Euronest PA Energy Committee Fuad Muradov, has stated that today Azerbaijan is among the countries with high dynamics of economic development. On the most sensitive issue of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan Fuad Muradov informed the Romanian parliamentarians that today, as a result of Armenia’s aggressive policy, 20 percent of Azerbaijani territory is occupied, as well as more than one million citizens were displaced their native lands. Fuad Muradov noted Azerbaijanâ€™s efforts to the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh problem. However, Armenia’s ignoring even the UN Security Council resolutions and rudely violating the international conventions was informed to the Romanian parliamentarians.
