Press service of the Foreign Ministry told APA that the delegations led by Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov and Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Golovin participated in the meeting.
They discussed several issues on execution of protocol adopted in the Summit of leaders of Caspian littoral states and Joint Declaration of heads of Caspian littoral states, exchanged view on principles of Convention of legal status of the Caspian Sea.
They underlined the significance of consultations held in bilateral format on Caspian Sea issues.
