Ali Ahmadov regards anti-Azerbaijan conference in Iran as inadmissible

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA. â€œEvery Azerbaijani condemns Iranâ€™s threats against Azerbaijan, disrespect for Azerbaijani statehood,â€ deputy chairman, executive secretary of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) Ali Ahmadov told journalists, APA reports.

Ali Ahmadov said Azerbaijan and Iran are neighboring states.
â€œBut not only borders unite us, there are enough similarities in our history and national and moral values. A lot of ethnic Azerbaijanis are living in Iran. This attaches value to Iran-Azerbaijan relations. This makes it important to establish relations between Iran and Azerbaijan in the atmosphere of friendship,â€ he said.

He underlined that it is not right to organize such a conference in Iran.
â€œThese countries must not intend to interfere in each otherâ€™s internal affairs, must avoid actions that can be regarded as interference. Some views, threats voiced there can be regarded as interference in Azerbaijanâ€™s internal affairs. This is inadmissible,â€ he said.
