It is a procedure issue for them and there is no need to explain it in other mannerâ€, vice speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova told journalists, APA reports.

She said that the reports on coldness in Turkey-Azerbaijan relations and bringing Zurich protocols to agenda again were groundless. â€œThere are strategic, friendly and fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey. We are always loyal to these relations. We have always seen this loyalty from Turkey too. From time to time there are attempts to damage these relations and to create coldness between the two countries. But Azerbaijan and Turkey are able to prevent these attempts togetherâ€.
