Azerbaijani President offers condolences to his Russian counterpart

Baku – APA. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of condolences to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. APA reports quoting the president’s official website that the letter reads: “I was deeply saddened to hear about numerous casualties as a result of a plane crash near Yaroslavl.
On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deepest condolences to You, families and friends of the victims, and to the people of Russiaâ€.
