"Our goal is to implement as many joint projects as possible," President of the Slovak Republic Peter Pellegrini said in a joint press statement with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Shusha, APA reports.
"I am pleased that a large business delegation is accompanying me on my visit to Azerbaijan. Tomorrow, Slovakia's Minister of Economy, together with his Azerbaijani counterpart, will open the next Azerbaijan–Slovakia Business Forum. I hope this forum will once again bring together Slovak and Azerbaijani companies and help them discover new opportunities for cooperation.
Mr. President and I believe that our relations should not be based solely on the principle of one-way trade. Our goal is to implement as many joint projects as possible, work together in areas of mutual benefit, establish joint production, expand technology transfer, and implement projects that bring equal benefits to both countries. Cooperation should serve the interests of both countries, not just one side," the Slovak President said.
