Azerbaijani President appoints new ambassadors to South Africa, China and Japan

Baku â€“ APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued an order for granting the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the head of press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Elkhan Polukhov. According to another order issued by the Head of State, Elkhan Polukhov was appointed the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of South Africa, APA reports quoting AzerTAC news agency.

President Aliyev issued an order to recall Yashar Aliyev from the office of the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Peopleâ€™s Republic of China, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Democratic Peopleâ€™s Republic of Korea and Mongolia. The Head of State appointed former ambassador of Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan Latif Gandilov to this post.

According to another order issued by the Head of State, Gursel Ismayilzadeh was appointed the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Japan. The diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary was given to Ismayilzadeh.
