He said Turkey had open policy towards Armenia. “Turkey’s foreign policy has very careful strategy. Turkey’s Caucasian policy is intended only for the stability in the region. Today’s status quo is not in favor of anyone. It needs to change this status quo and to secure peace and cooperation in the Caucasus. Therefore everyone should be careful. We need in silent diplomacy now. This policy is pursued for a long timeâ€.
Gul added he didn’t think that the normalization process between Turkey and Armenia was stopped.
