A road has collapsed in the Turkish city of Rize, Turkish media reports.
The incident occurred in the İslampaşa neighborhood while excavation work was being carried out for the construction of a building.
The road collapse damaged a gas pipeline. Residents of three nearby buildings were evacuated.
Türkiye's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) was dispatched to the scene to investigate the cause of the incident.
No fatalities or injuries were reported.
