He said Armenian President in his televised speech spoke about the disappointing results of the negotiations on the normalization of the relations with Turkey and said the process had reached a deadlock. Nesterenko noted that Armenia only suspended the ratification of the protocols, did not withdraw its signatures.
“So, the prospect of the process launched for establishing relations between Armenia and Turkey a year ago is preserved. We hope that the two states will be able to overcome the present complicated situation and create conditions for complete restoration of the relations meeting the interests of all states of the region,†he said.
