Baku-APA. U.S. State Department spokesman Philip Crowley said he was not surprised by the comments of postponement of the ratification of protocols on the normalization of relations with Turkey and expressed confidence that the normalization process may continue, APA reports citing Haberler.com web-page.
“The fact that both sides withdrew from the process, gives us confidence. But, as we all know, in order to achieve promotions, probably need some timeâ€, - Crowley told.
Crowley also said that both sides make efforts to ensure the process not to suspend.
“This provides us to be optimistâ€, - diplomat told.
