On January 12, Elmar Mammadyarov will meet with Minister of Finance and Economy of Qatar Yousuf Hussein Kamal, Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, president of Qatar Information Union, information advisor of Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Samir Al-Thani and assistant executive director of Al-Diyar Al-Qatari company Dr. Isa Al-Fadala.
Following the meeting with Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Azerbaijani Government and Government of Qatar will sign an “Agreement on exemption of the visa requirements for the persons having diplomatic and special passportsâ€.
