Baku. Lachin Sultanova – APA. “The prolongation of the delimitation of the Caspian cannot influence Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan relations strengthening day-by-day,†Turkmenistan’s ambassador to Azerbaijan Annamammad Mammadov told the press conference, APA reports.
The ambassador mentioned that there was a special working group on the delimitation of the Caspian, bilateral and five-party meetings were held.
“Turkmenistan supports solution to the issue in a civil way, basing on the international law,†he said.
Annamammad Mammadov said the main issue was to strengthen and preserve friendship, brotherhood between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.
