According to APA, the president has signed another decree on appointment Elchin Oktyabr oglu Amirbayov an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to France
According to another presidential decree Elchin Amirbayov is recalled as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Swiss Confederation, Lichtenstein Principality, as well as permanent representative at Geneva section of UN and other international organizations.
Murad Nizami oglu Najafbeyli is appointed ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Swiss Confederation. In accordance with another decree, the president has given to Murad Najafbeyli a diplomatic rank of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary.
