Baku. Viktoria Dementieva – APA. “After the cancellation of the visa regime with Turkey is agreed in the appropriate state bodies of Azerbaijan, this issue will be discussed again,†spokesman for Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elkhan Polukhov told APA. He could not say the exact date.
“The work continues. We are awaiting the answer of the appropriate body. The issue will be discussed again after all the procedures end,†he said.
Though the agreement to cancel the visa regime was to be signed during the official visit of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov to Turkey on December 25, it did not take place. Elmar Mammadyarov attributed it to bureaucratic procedures.
