The deputy minister said reports about the incident between him and Babacan at the meeting of Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization in Yerevan and Turkish Foreign Minister’s insult against him were lies of Armenian media. “There was no problem between us. Armenian newspapers spread these wrong reports. They aimed to create tensions between the governments of Azerbaijan and Turkeyâ€.
Mammadguliyev said he met with Babacan in Yerevan. “We had 20-minute very normal meetingâ€.
