Baku - APA. “PACE is closely following the statements and opinions of the observing missions of OSCE, European Parliament and other organizationsâ€, said PACE President Luis Maria de Puig, APA European bureau reports. “The results of referendum in Azerbaijan enable us to say that the voting was held correctly within the relevant standards. The elections in Azerbaijan was held correctly, but nor perfect. Of course, some shortages are taking place in the elections, but it can be concluded that choice of the citizens, voters was rightâ€.
