"Azerbaijan Technical Assistance Facility (ATAF) is a technical assistance project, and if requested by the Azerbaijani government, the project will also share its experiences regarding the restoration process in the liberated areas," said Sarah Michael Country Manager for World Bank in Azerbaijan, APA-Economics reports.

Notably, The Azerbaijan Technical Assistance Facility (ATAF) has a total budget of 5.25 million euros, and this three-year program is funded by the EU and managed by the World Bank.
