Azerbaijan has increased the customs duty on exports of screws, bolts and nuts, APA reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved amendments to the country's regulations governing foreign trade commodity classifications and import and export customs duty rates.
Under the changes, the export duty on screws, bolts and nuts will rise to $300 per 1,000 kilograms and remain at that level until 31 December 2029.
The current export duty is $15 per 1,000 kilograms.
The new rate will take effect 30 days after the decision is officially published.
