The list of state enterprises, as well as business entities with state participation and public legal entities, to be transferred to the management of the Azerbaijan Transport and Communication Holding (AZCON), a public legal entity, has been amended, APA reports.
This is reflected in a relevant decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
Under the decree, the “Militarized Security Department” Limited Liability Company has been included in the list.
The Cabinet of Ministers must resolve issues arising from this Decree.
