In the first half of this year, Azerbaijan’s revenues from main oil pipelines amounted to AZN 492.9657 million, down 5.8% year-on-year, the State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics.
In the corresponding period of 2025, the figure stood at AZN 523.4801 million.
It should be noted that in January-June of this year, 16.516 million tonnes of oil were transported through oil pipelines in Azerbaijan, down 10.8% year-on-year.
Some 76.9% of the transportation was carried out via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil export pipeline, with 12.7023 million tonnes of oil transported through the pipeline during the reporting period, down 8.8% year-on-year.
