New rules on emission of government bonds approved in Azerbaijan

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. According to decision of State Committee for Securities, Rules on â€œEmission and circulation of government bondsâ€ was approved. Te document has already been included in National Register of Legal Acts, said the State Committee for Securities.
New rules include simplification of issuance registration of government bonds and giving ISIN codes to each bond issuance by National Numbering Agency: â€œThis will allow spreading of information about government bonds to investor mass and increase of interests in this instrumentâ€.
