Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. In accordance with the decision of State Committee for Securities, the “rules on submission of statements about deals closed with securities†were approved and included in state register of legal acts of Azerbaijan.
According to SCS, new rules determine the requirements on statements about deals closed with investment securities submitted to Committee by security market participants and the rules on submission and compiling of those statements.
“These rules were made in accordance with leading international practice to improve the statement system and allow to systemize the statements about deals closed with securities, submission of them in e-form, as well increase the effectiveness of control to securities operations by State Committeeâ€.
