According to him, Technikabank’s shareholders strengthen the bank, new team was brought to the management: “That team will provide the management of bank in this condition. This is the decision of shareholders, but not of Central Bankâ€.
Technikabank had won the tender on extension of giving process of pensions via ATMS. E. Rustamov also expressed opinion on statements of Salim Muslumov about debarring of Technikabank from tender: “It was wrong to join the pension security, due to current situation and disorder in the management. We considered start of social project as risky for pensioners. We considered that, it’s necessary to wait for stabilization of bank and coming of new managementâ€.
Note that, SSPF chairman stated that, Technikabank won the tender on one lot. But, CB recommended not announcing Technikabank as a winner of tender due to its current situation. According to this, other bank was announced as a winner of the same lot.
