Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. In order to provide collection of taxes, fees, fines, rental fees and other budget payments via wide infrastructure of the National Payment System covering the entire country, it is decided to establish Government Payment Portal together with relevant state bodies.
CBA says in initial stage of the project collection of taxes and payments, provided by these organizations by the participation of Taxes and Finance Ministries, has been provided via Government Payment Portal. Information system on taxpayers on Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Absheron anf Khachmaz regions was downloaded into the central information base.
New system – determines details such as budget classification code, budget level code and budget organization code while acceptance of payments in an automatic regime and enters the transaction. By new system taxpayers can carry out the above-mentioned taxes and other payments at 1,200 payment points of 40 banks and Azerpocht LLC, on www.apus.az and etc.
Soon, domestic information systems of Ministry of Internal Affairs, State Customs Committee, State Social Protection Fund and other state agencies will be integrated into the Government Payment Portal.
