China issued loans of up to$16 billion to Belarus

Baku - APA-Economics. China has opened credit lines for Belarus in the amount of $16 billion for implementation of joint projects, said chairman of the National Assembly Anatoli Rubinov on April 5. "We are very grateful to China for the provision of credits to our country. Currently, this amount is equal to $16 billion. And the money received will be spent with benefit," he said.

At a meeting with Chinese Ambassador to Belarus Gong Tszyanvey Anatoli Rubinov said that "China is a very close, brotherly country to us, with which we have close friendly and economic relations," BelTA informs.

According to the Chinese diplomat, although relations between Minsk and Beijing are developing at the highest level in all areas, Belarus and China should actively promote regional cooperation between cities, regions and provinces.
