Azerbaijan sees 32% rise in positive balance on current transfers

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. The total amount of transactions on current transfers with foreign countries made AZN $ 3,091.3 mln, in 2011. 60.9% or $ 1,882.3 mln of this is receipts, $ 1,209.0 mln or 39.1% - transfers from the country, Central Bank of Azerbaijan told APA.

94.1% of total premiums on current transfer are money orders which transferred to individual persons from abroad, 1.7% importing humanitarian goods, 4.2% other premiums.

The positive balance of transaction on current transfers makes $ 673.3 mln, up 32.3% compared with a year ago.
