Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. According to decision of State Committee for Securities the â€œRequirements for implementation of activity on preparation and sale of all types of security blanksâ€ were confirmed. According to Committee, this act defines the safety and organizational requirements on organization of activity on preparation of the security blanks in accordance with leading international standards and experience.

The requirements include legal norms about applied technological, technical and safety and account and internal control system of printing houses.
