Baku. Elnur HUseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Unileasing Company has completed the placement of interest-bearing book-entry bond emission in amount of AZN 5,000,000.
Company says all emission was placed. The emission was registered in State Committee for Securities on May 24 and the quantity of bonds was 5,000.
Circulation term is 540 days, face value – AZN 1,000, YTM – annual 10%. After placement, achieved funds will be directed to extension of leasing portfolio in corporative and retail segments, concretely in small and medium-sized business sphere.
Remind that, Unileasing has been in operation since 2004.
