Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Next meeting of Rabitabank’s Supervisory Board will be held at the end of June, 2011, deputy chairman of Board of Directors Elchin Gadimov told APA.
According to him, bank’s financial-economic activity for 2010, report of Audit Committee, affirmation of balance profit and loss on Fiscal Year 2010, as well adoption of composition of Supervisory Board and Board of Directors will be discussed at the meeting.
Remind that, Rabitabank has been in operation since 1993. As of April 1, 2011, the bank’s assets stood at AZN 123.062 mln, loan portfolio at AZN 85.652 mln, deposit portfolio at AZN 70.412 mln, total capital at AZN 14.112 mln, including authorized capital at AZN 10.103 mln.
